家から離れて完璧な家！子供の遊び場と高架デッキの広々としたフェンスで囲まれた庭を眺めながら、ヴィーノと海の向こうに広がる眺めを楽しみましょう。美しい静かな地区に位置し、ビーチや素晴らしいカフェまで歩いてすぐの距離にあり、マウンガヌイ山への家族旅行に最適です。
家は3ベッドルームと1バスルームを提供しています。リビングとダイニングは海をのぞき見し、バーベキューや屋外の暖炉を楽しめる高層デッキへと続いています。
前庭は完全に囲われているわけではなく、正面玄関への階段と甲板から庭への階段があるので、若い幼児は常に監督する必要があります。遊び場は自己責任で使用するためのものです。
ブロックされた週末は柔軟ですので、ご希望の場合はお問い合わせください。

Amazing getaway

Awesome location, 3 min walk to the beach. Fully fenced section with trampoline, playground, and swings, great for kids. Communication was a breeze.

Time and a place at Mount Maunganui

The photos made this properly look brilliant. It really did live up to its standards outside (the yard was great) but we couldn't enjoy it much due to the weather (it was torrential rain for a week). Because of this we had to spend most of our time inside, with two young children this was challenging at times. Some toys provided but these were old and broken or disorganized (thrown into cupboards around the home). Some minor issues with the house being damp upon arrival and the things being broken or breaking but Kristin was great at communicating about this. We really appreciated the late check out,

Close to the beach

The house had everything we needed plus more. The fully fenced backyard was a bonus with our small dog being able to roam freely out back👍We really enjoyed making lemonade with the kids with some lemons from the tree out back & the juice in in the kitchen. Our first time in Mt Maunganui. We will be back!

Great for the family

Short walk to the beach. Roomy home with large fenced yard includes deck and BBQ. Young families will enjoy their stay.

Kids LOVED it

We loved the location. Kids couldn't get enough of the playground in the backyard. Character home with a few tired features but oh so livable. Highly recommend. Great value.

Weekend away at the Mount

We had a great family weekend away and this inlcuded ourTeddy the Bichon. Great to find pet friendly accomodation. The property is very centrally located a short walk to the beach and a lovely coffee shop and close to the centre of town. The only slight issues are the shower head and that the house smelt a bit musty.

Family friendly!

Great access to the beach and a local cafe. The kids loved the trampoline, tree house, garden digger and jungle gym. They didn’t want to leave!

Great location

Well located Bach. Well set up and friendly for kids and our dog. It’s a nice warm house too. The bed was a little uncomfortable but otherwise excellent stay 👍

Great Xmas

Really well set-up holiday home. Large rooms, great facilities, everything worked. Be great for a family with young children. Close to beach. And the weather was great whilst we were there.
