Fantastic large family home in a quiet neighbourhood in Lake Hawea. 5 bedrooms, Large Kitchen, 2 living areas with games room. 2 Bathrooms. 5 minutes walk from the lake. Sandpit and large lawn for the kids plus an outdoor BBQ area. Fully fenced property. Great for families and groups!

The space
Large house with a large cooks kitchen. 5 bedrooms, second lounge with a pool table. There is a heat pump in the lounge as well as 3 TVs and wifi to keep you entertained. The lake is just a few minutes walk from the house. There is a lovely outdoor area with a great private yard and BBQ entertaining area.

A lovely quiet area near the lake. Lake Hawea is a very safe town with friendly locals.
There is a small store, pub, takeaways and 2 restaurants in Lake Hawea. The house is only a 15 minute drive from Wanaka and also close to ski fields and other outdoor activities.
