So your thinking, we’d like a great house with good amenities, comfy beds, lots of space for everyone, large sociable kitchen, dining & living with an extra large TV of course and lots of seating for everyone. Add to the list a great location where we can walk to town and the beaches if we want to. Welcome to Sandy Shoes ! With 3 generous bedrooms, the king master with ensuite & large WIR is upstairs and the queen and kids bedrooms are downstairs with the family bathroom and a total of 3 toilets in the house. This house is perfect for families and even has 2 living TV areas so everyone can spread out.
The location is ideal being 400 meters to the Inverloch football oval for the summer fair & the best New Year’s Eve fireworks, approximately 1km’s walk to beach and an 800m walk to cafes and restaurants. Sandy Shores is also pet friendly so even four legged family can come too.
Sleeping 8 maximum, the house features;
King bed with ensuite and large WIR - upstairs

Single bunk bed, single bed and pull out single trundle - downstairs room sleeping 4 maximum
Family bathroom - downstairs

2 TV areas - 70 “ upstairs with the kitchen area and a TV downstairs
There is a large garden outside and fully enclosed for pets and parking for 2 cars.
WI-FI provided
Linen is charged separately, by the room, we make up the beds for you prior to arrival, please bring beach towels and pet bedding.
The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam folder for information and instructions about your booking.
This holiday house is managed by The Beach House People and is registered as short stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council and follow Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002. Part 7.
Bed linen is charged separately, and is hired in a room by room basis, please ask us for details - Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
* Please note that if you are bringing more than 1 pet you must inform us prior to arrival. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy. Thankyou.
On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport ID in the online check in process before we can release the lock box code to you.
The house is pet and family friendly but please be respectful of neighbours. Dogs are not to be left unattended inside the house and please do not leave pets outside for more than a couple of hours. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor your pets and pick up dog waste from the garden. If we have to pick up after your dog there is an immediate $100 fine as cleaners so not go outside and we often have young kids playing the garden - thanks for your consideration.
