The apartment overlooks La Trobe Street into Docklands with views of the vibrant green park and city, located on the 29th floor. There are trams, buses and trains all within a few minutes walk that can take you to any corner of Melbourne.
Cafes, restaurants and shops surround this apartment complex and you will never be short of something to do. Shopping centres QV, Melbourne Central & Emporium are all down the road.

There is no onsite parking available. Guests are recommended to organise parking first such as all day + overnight carparks. If you are travelling with a car, street parking in Melbourne can be costly however it is unmetered during some hours.
We are thrilled to have you as our esteemed guest. To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules:
1. Respect the property. Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest.
2. No smoking indoors - a fine of $200 is applicable plus the cost to clean, deodorise, and repair damages.
3. Ensure minimal noise within the property and common areas from 11pm to 7am.
4. Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for the accommodation. Overcrowding is not permitted.
5. No parties or events.
6. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property, unless otherwise specified and approved in advance.
7. Please help us maintain cleanliness by tidying up after yourself and using the provided trash bins.
8. LOST KEYS RESULT IN $250 FINE
9. If you miss check-in time, we may be able to arrange a delivery for a call out fee of $50-150. Same with lost keys.
