Aspectos negativos: Limpieza, servicios y instalaciones y estado del alojamiento
Our first impression was a bag of trash in the driveway (which sat there all week), a bucket of paint or something spilling down driveway and grass (or what there was) was almost knee high.
Listing for the property state 2 1/2 baths, there were only 2. Also lists a washer/dryer, which it did not have. This did present a problem with children and the beach.
It also claims to have an air fryer, telescope, and toiletries, which it did not have.
Pots and pans...lol...there were a couple of old rusty fry pans, no toaster or toaster oven to make toast. There was not enough flatware for 7 people and the only cooking utensil was a spatula. We were given 7 towels for 7 people/ 5 days. No facecloths or dish towels.
I had to go out and buy pots, pans, a colander, facecloths, cooking utensils and plastic flatware.
We had to buy supper out the first night because there was nothing to cook our planned meal with.
Also, we were left one roll of paper towels and one trash bag..7people/5 days!
Air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom was pushed to one side, and there was a gaping hole on the other with a pillow sitting in front of it. We had to try and cover the hole with cardboard.
Listing also states there is a sitting area on the deck...there was nothing, no picnic table or seating area.
The backyard looked like a dump!
Cleanliness of the place was questionable.....dirty floors, walls, windows and baseboards. The bathrooms were moldy and there was a dirty Q-tip on the floor.
