Cape View Forte is located in the Cape View Resort Busselton and is the perfect family getaway with full access to resort facilities.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday villa is situated on ground level, making it ideal for families with small children and/or guests who require mobility aids. For families, the addition of a high chair ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated.

Villa 40 is conveniently positioned near the entrance of Cape View Resort, just a short walk from the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay, and a 10-minute drive to Busselton Jetty, the City Shopping, and the Food Precinct.

Guests will have access to all the resort facilities which include:
- Self contained accommodation with full kitchen and laundry facilities
- Wifi within the villa as well as free WiFi in public areas of the resort
- Outdoor pool and children's splash pool
- Sauna & Gym
- BBQ Area 30 metres away
- Two playgrounds

The villa is fully equipped with all linens and towels provided for the number of guests booked, along with tea and coffee facilities, a full kitchen, and laundry amenities. There is also undercover parking with space for two cars.

Guests can enjoy self check-in with an onsite secure lockbox for convenience.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
