This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday villa is situated on ground level, making it ideal for families with small children and/or guests who require mobility aids. For families, the addition of a high chair ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated.

Villa 40 is conveniently positioned near the entrance of Cape View Resort, just a short walk from the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay, and a 10-minute drive to Busselton Jetty, the City Shopping, and the Food Precinct.

The villa offers self-contained accommodation, featuring a modern kitchen, dining, and living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning. The main bedroom has an ensuite, and the family bathroom includes a large corner spa, perfect for relaxation. Outside, there’s a patio and an alfresco area with an enclosed yard, providing a safe space for children to play while you unwind.

The villa is fully equipped with all linens and towels provided for the number of guests booked, along with tea and coffee facilities, a full kitchen, and laundry amenities. There is also undercover parking with space for two cars.

Guests can enjoy self check-in with an onsite secure lockbox for convenience.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
