Welcome to Villa 10! This Oceanfront, second floor villa has been refreshed and modernized with new, modern touches throughout. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and three *king* bedrooms; all with attached bathrooms. Each bedroom has 55” smart televisions with a 75” smart television in the living room. Bathrooms supplied with hairdryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Master bedroom overlooks the ocean side of villa with stunning views.

Dining table and lounging chairs on screened-in porch facing the ocean; perfect spot for coffee to start your day and cocktails at sunset. Beautiful dining and lounging areas and four BBQ grills near the pool and beach, all with easy access via elevators or stairs. Housekeeping service available daily (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas day, New Year’s day), housekeeping supply dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue and fresh towels.

Onsite amenities include, a fully equipped workout facility, BBQ Grills near pool and beach. Plenty of shade huts, umbrellas and lounge chairs available on the beach. We supply beach towels. Electrical outlets same as USA and CANADA. Tap water safe to drink throughout the island.

Many restaurants deliver, just add BENTO app to your cell phone. Villa 10 offers free local calls, as well as complimentary HI speed WIFI

The rate shown is for 1-6 persons, however the unit will sleep 7 persons in a rollaway bed/ cot.. There is an extra charge of $100.00

It's on a great stretch of 7-Mile beach and Lee and Pat and the staff are always so nice and friendly, it's like coming home. Villa 10 was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Directly in the center of the flawless Seven Mile Beach, you can walk to many fine restaurants, shopping and day spas easily.

We are a small but gorgeous property, lots of shade, and seating areas, only twenty-two oceanfront rental villas with the same size beach as many of the larger properties. Plenty loungers, chairs and shade on the beach, there are four BBQ grills and alfresco dining on our ocean front pool deck.
