Great place and location, easy access to all things UT. Communications were great, highly responsive. Highly recommend. I know the going rate is high for graduation weekend but it still is always a shocker.

This apartment is great—as adorable as pictured. Communication with the management was smooth and easy. And an excellent location for walking everywhere. Highly recommend—I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Nice condo in the heart of Knoxville. It was clean, host was readily available and quickly attended to a minor issue. (Tripped a breaker and couldn’t find the box lol) Easy to walk to the restaurants and shops. Took a walk on Saturday morning and was surprised to see a huge “farmers market” in the square. Amazing variety of food, crafts, fresh flowers, produce etc. I believe it’s a weekly event…it’s a must to check out!

Close to everything, walked around downtown

Beautiful apartment right downtown. Walked to restaurants and shops. Loved the decor, very clean. Would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and very clean. However, the bedroom by the living room is very noisy. There is a sound machine provided in the room but there was so much outside noise and noise from the people in the above apartment.

Great place to stay.

We went to Knoxville to tour UT. This place did not disappoint. By staying here we were able to experience the day and night life of downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future.

Host was very helpful from completing the security check, payment, to explanations of instructions regarding the VRBO & parking.Very clean.Greatly appreciated all amenities offered.Great location - walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, & near freeway. Also, about 20 minutes from the airport.Offered 2 optional validated parking areas.

The pictures are accurate for this beautiful condo. It's like a hidden gem in a great location. Everything was nice and the communication with the owner was always prompt. Only "problem" was the parking validation link never worked for us, but parking was not very expensive. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent place to stay - highly highly recommend! The unit itself is clean, updated, and spacious, with a unique and fun style. The location is simply perfect if you want to be close to downtown and not have to worry about continually looking for parking or moving your car. The included parking space was also much appreciated! It’s a bit of walk from the lot to the building including a flight of stairs, however if you plan ahead and drop your stuff off at the building before you park it’s sincerely not an issue. Other amenities such as onsite laundry, coffee including creamer and sugar, and bathroom toiletries heightened the overall comfort once inside the unit. The hospitality / management company was also extremely responsive and accommodating, which gave added peace of mind to an already wonderful stay. If you are looking for a fun place to stay right in the downtown area, sincerely no need to look any further - just book it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect—so walkable to everything we wanted to do in Knoxville, which made the trip incredibly easy and enjoyable. The place itself was spotless, charming, comfortable, and even better than we expected.The service was also outstanding. Communication was quick, helpful, and thoughtful from start to finish, and we truly felt well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Knoxville. A fantastic place in a great location!

This was a great property! It was so central and close to Market Square with restaurants, shops and live music. And it was also close to the Old City area which had a young vibe and food hall. The property was a great modern restoration of an old building. It was well equipped with kitchen utensils and everything needing for our stay. We could walk easily from the apartment to the river. It felt safe with great restaurants just steps away. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Knoxville!
