The Space
Tucked just a street away from Campbell Parade, this spacious one-bedroom retreat boasts a French Provincial flair blended with modern seaside vibes. Sun-drenched interiors, sleek finishes, and top-quality appliances make this apartment a true escape.
The bedroom opens onto a sunroom with custom storage, plenty of natural light, and a ceiling fan for those balmy days. The bathroom is sleek and stylish, with a bold black design that embodies chic minimalism.
The open-plan living and dining areas offer ample light, perfect for relaxing, dining, or working in style. The kitchen is compact but perfectly equipped, featuring a stainless steel dishwasher, built-in fridge, Nespresso machine, and everything else you might need.

Step out, and you’re moments away from the vibrant heart of Bondi – Hall Street, Bondi Beach, trendy cafés, bars, boutiques, and the famous Bondi markets. Jacques La Maison offers the best French sophistication with the effortless Bondi lifestyle.
The entire apartment is available for guest use, and coin-operated laundry is located at the back of the building.
The host is happy to meet upon check-in; otherwise delighted to communicate via the platform.
Buses run every 15 minutes from
Campbell Parade to Bondi Junction, the city till Circular Quay.
The bus stop (333/380) is a short walk (2 minutes) to Campbell Parade, where buses to the city stop.
Uber or Taxify - always around and much cheaper than normal taxis.

⭐No Partying Policy
No parties are allowed on the premises, including those playing loud music or disturbing neighbours. Guests breaching this policy will be subject to an additional penalty fee of $500.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building and rooms. Guests caught smoking will face an additional penalty fee of $500.

Bondi is renowned for its beach, food scene, and boutique shopping, making it a perfect destination for a holiday, work, or some well-deserved R&R. While enjoying Bondi’s energy, please be aware that as a thriving area, there is an ongoing development in a neighbouring building.
Construction occurs Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Rest assured, there is no work on Sundays or public holidays. Most visitors spend their days out and return in the evenings, so this shouldn’t impact your stay. We've also adjusted our rates to account for this temporary situation. As a courtesy, we wanted to inform you that.
If you would like additional cleaning, this is a request only. The host will arrange and confirm it at the selection date and time allocation. Additional services cost $165.
- Not To host any parties or gatherings at The Accommodation or in the common areas of the apartment.
- Be respectful of neighbours and keep noise levels at a respectful level at all times.
- To not play music or engage in outdoor entertaining after 10:00 pm.
- To keep the Accommodation clean, tidy, and clear of rubbish and leave it in the same condition as it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty.
- To not keep or take any pets or animals into the room without the express prior agreement by The host.
- To prohibit smoking in the accommodation or the common areas of the apartment. The Guest agrees that additional cleaning costs will be charged for breaking this house rule.
- To not obstruct or leave any objects or waste in any common property.
- To not conduct any illegal or immoral activity from The Accommodation. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
- Any illegal activities will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- To not conduct any business or commercial activity from The Accommodation, including, but not limited to, conducting any photoshoots that are not expressly authorized in writing by the host and/or owner.
- To not make any alteration or addition whatsoever to The Accommodation or its content
- To not use The Accommodation for any purpose other than for personal residential accommodation.
Please provide the names of all guests staying at the property during your reservation. All overnight guests must be registered. Any unregistered guests will be charged.
- To report any damage to the Accommodation or its contents must be reported immediately to the Host. Guests will be held responsible for any excessive damage or breakages caused during their stay.
- Guests are responsible for the keys/remotes provided to them. In case of loss or lockouts, a fee may be charged for replacement or locksmith services and lost keys or locksmith services.
- To dispose of trash in the designated bins or as instructed by the Host. The bins are in the backyard near the laundry area.
- To use all appliances, equipment, and utilities provided on the property responsibly and as instructed. Turn off lights and other electronic devices when not in use or upon leaving the property.
- In the case of any actual or suspected breach of these House Rules, the Host may enter the Accommodation for inspection and rectification purposes.
You can for those who prefer to have their 4-legged friend with them. Stay and enjoy furry cuddles from your best friend for an additional $45 per night. Please arrange this ahead of time with your Host.
