Holly has been living in Melbourne for over 28 years. She owns and runs a travel agency business in Melbourne, conducting private tours to approximately 25 countries around the world including Australia. She loves Melbourne and is also very knowledgeable about general tourist information around Melbourne and Australia. • Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and built-in robes for plenty of storage.

• 1 ensuite in the master bedroom with a walk-in shower.
• 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet for added privacy.

• The open-plan kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light, creating a welcoming space for cooking and enjoying meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a full-sized fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas cooktop, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, and more. A spacious pantry and breakfast bench offer ample storage and seating, while the dining area comfortably seats six.
Living Area
