This holiday property with ducted air conditioning throughout and complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi provides filtered water views from the top balcony, numerous children’s playgrounds nearby, and Soldiers Point Bowling Club, Cheeky Dog and Rick Stein at Bannisters only a quick 270 metres away.

Paradise offers space for up to 7 guests with a maximum of 6 adults over 3 beautifully styled bedrooms all with linen, bed making and bath towels provided, plus 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is located upstairs and contains a Queen bed with a mounted smart TV, and a modern his and hers ensuite. The second bedroom is also furnished with a Queen bed, while the third room is family-friendly with a Tri Bunk providing a Double bed below and Single bed above (only suitable for children). Each bedroom is equipped with all essentials, including ducted air conditioning and a ceiling fan for those warm summer nights.

The property houses a contemporary kitchen featuring stunning stone benchtops, a microwave, under bench oven, dishwasher, family size plumbed fridge/ freezer, and a Butlers kitchen with the second under bench oven. The kitchen is also equipped with Smeg appliances including a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. This culinary haven communicates effortlessly with the dining room, making meal preparation and family time seamless and enjoyable. For your convenience, the property also has an internal laundry with a front washing machine and dryer.

There are two separate living areas to spread out in, one which is located on the ground floor and the other on the top floor. Both have mounted Smart TV's.
