Sunny, warm, spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a spectacular outlook over Parua bay. Large open plan kitchen/living/dining with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Situated 7 min walk from the Parua bay shops (Four square, cafes, bakery, bottle store and shops). Very large flat lawn for croquet or soccer.
10-15 minutes drive from 3 of Northlands spectacular beaches. and 25 minutes to Whangarei central.
