This spacious sun-filled beach house offers everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay and is within walking distance between two beaches.

It is just 400 meters walk to the serene Garden Bay - perfect for watching the sunrise across the ocean, swimming, fishing and snorkelling. Malua Bay Beach (patrolled during peak season) is just a 10-minute walk via the steps north of the beach or a 2 minute drive via the shops, local dining spots, playground and BBQ facilities.

The street connects to the Batemans Bay Coastal Headlands Walking Trail where you can walk through natural bush tracks to the headlands and lookout areas.

Malua House offers all year recreational activities and relaxation. It is also the perfect base to explore the South Coast, offering an easy drive to Mogo Zoo, oyster farms at the Clyde River or Narooma and other attractions the South Coast has to offer.

4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home boasting a large sun-filled open living area that flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen spaces. The living space features heating and cooling to keep you comfortable all year round. Enjoy high-speed WiFi for work or leisure.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed with a private ensuite.

Bedroom 4: Double bed
Linen and bath towels are provided to make your stay as easy as possible (just bring your own beach towels).
