The Space:
Welcome to this lovely, spacious home with the charm of an older style. You'll feel at ease right away in the cozy, simple atmosphere, kept in great shape for your comfort. Located near the heart of town, everything you need is close by. In the evening, relax by the warm wood burning fireplace to warm you up after a day on the mountain.

Our home features 4 inviting bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, providing ample space and comfort. The spacious lounge area is perfect for relaxation, while the separate kitchen and dining areas are ideal for family meals and gatherings. Stay cozy with the log burner, heat pump, and bedroom heaters. Enjoy modern amenities such as wireless internet, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The outdoor dining area offer a delightful space for al fresco meals. Additional conveniences include laundry facilities, off-street parking, and a selection of children's toys and board games to ensure a fun and enjoyable stay for everyone.

The views are exceptional with floor to ceiling windows in the lounge where you will see unobstructed vistas of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkable Mountain Range, Cecil Peak and beyond. The lake view balcony is also a perfect place to relax and unwind.

A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay.
Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
A minimum 3 night stay applies during the Christmas and New Year period.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
A maximum of 8 guests are allowed.
At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
