The Space:

Our spacious and inviting home was designed for relaxation and enjoyment. This expansive residence features an open-plan layout with high ceilings in the living areas, creating an airy and comfortable atmosphere throughout.



The living room offers ample space with cozy seating options and panoramic views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu. Experience the breathtaking colors of the sky changing throughout the day, while you unwind on the large, comfortable couches with a glass of exquisite local NZ wine or a cup of coffee and enjoy entertainment on the 50-inch internet-connected TV.



Step into the large, fully equipped kitchen where culinary adventures await. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely dining room table, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. Outside the dining room, a deck provides a serene spot to soak in the majestic mountain views and fresh air.



Our home boasts three comfortable bedrooms, each adorned with high-quality bed linen and towels, ensuring a restful stay for families or three couples seeking a holiday retreat.



You'll find two bathrooms for added convenience, one featuring a bathtub and equipped with a hair dryer. Additional amenities include an ironing board and iron, washing machine, clothes dryer, heating, air conditioning, high-speed fiber internet access, and parking space for two cars.



Our home is also child-friendly, making it an ideal destination for all guests looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Queenstown.



Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties... and absolutely no glitter!



A maximum of 6 guests allowed. The person making the booking must be over the age of 25 unless you ask for our permission.

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds that can be made into a Super King Size Bed

Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds that can be made into a Super King Size Bed

*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.



Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the hot water cylinder is not unlimited and only has a 200 Litre capacity. Having a bath or several long showers will reduce the hot water supply significantly. Recovery time for the water to heat up again is approximately one to two hours. We recommend limiting your showers to approx. 5 minutes each person to conserve enough hot water for everyone.



Please note the house is located up a slight hill with a short uphill walk from the road.



Please note that we have a five day minimum booking requirement over the Christmas -New Year period.



Reservations cannot end on a public holiday unless an additional $249 is paid for the extra charges that the cleaning company charges to clean on a public holiday.
