Facility offers a coin operated laundry. This resort is next door to the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and just minutes away from the restaurants, shopping and entertainment of Gulf Shores.

The sugar-white sands of Fort Morgan are only a few steps away from the condo. Shopping, dining, and bars are 15 miles to the east in Gulf Shores. Sassy Bass restaurant is located onsite at the condo. Fort Morgan is a quick nine-mile drive westward, with preserved Civil War fortifications and access to Dauphin Island via the Mobile Bay Ferry.
