Fabulous! We will definitely stay again when we head back to Caldwell. It was in a great neighborhood that was nice and quiet. Great place for families and friends. My girlfriends and I had our own rooms for practically the price of sharing a hotel room. Communication with owner was always prompt and very pleasant. The restaurants in downtown Caldwell were top notch at Grit 2C (highly recommended!) and Amana (even though $$$)the ice cream in the town square was delicious.

Outside was totally unkept. Long grass, WEEDS, and dirty grill. Inside great except lack of paper products (paper towels, napkins and tissue). Dish soap gone. No TV instructions. Beds in smaller rooms need to be replaced with comfortable queen size. Perfect size for our Arizona reunion.

Comfortable home

Great location. House had plenty of room for all of us staying. Nice fenced in backyard. Good neighborhood for walking dogs. Appreciated that we had access to streaming services.

Great Property

Spent a week in the area to visit family. Did lots of site seeing and exploring. This home was a nice place to settle at the end of a busy day. Quiet neighborhood. Property was well maintained and very comfortable. Lots of dining options nearby. Grocery stores close by as well. Thought about bbq’ing, but there was not a propane tank. Thoroughly pleased with this property and would definitely stay here again.

Nice House with Updated Furnishings

Clean and updated furnishings; full kitchen setup with pans, silverware etc. The only slight downside was that there was no propane for BBQ and master bedroom TV wasn’t working. Nice location.

Beautiful Home

This place is amazing! Very beautiful, clean, and responsive host. The neighborhood was fantastic and close to the freeway. Definitely will stay here next time I come to work. The yard was the perfect size for my dogs.

Everything we wanted!

My husband, two adult children and their two dogs needed a place near my brother to spend Christmas with. This place was perfect! It was clean and well equipped and easy to get to and from. Highly recommend!

Everything you need

We mainly only used it for sleeping since we were visiting family. Dog friendly and the house has everything you need. We did find dog poop in the backyard on the way to the trash cans but that’s to be expected considering it’s a dog friendly house. Lots of cozy blankets and everyday supplies. I would stay there again and it definitely wasn’t disappointing. Pictures don’t do it justice.
