!Welcome to Seascape Cottage!

Clean comfortable suite sleeps 5 adults with two Comfortable king size beds plus a sofa bed! Private patio with full size hot tub and BBQ. Take a stroll along the property’s 200-foot boardwalk and dock to immerse yourself in the ocean’s sights and sounds. Borrow a crab trap and try your luck off the dock, or take a kayak out for a leisurely paddle! Bring your boat? We have over 200ft of dock space! Sit on the terrace and star gaze or play a game of bocci ball together. Seascape Inn is a small boutique hotel situated on the Sooke Inlet just a kilometre from Sooke town centre.

Perfect bike trip accommodation

Stayed here with a group of friends on a bike tripFrom Vancouver. Location was great - close to the Galloping Goose Trail / Sooke Potholes , and not too far of a walk to the town center. The 2 King Beds were super comfy, and the cottage had everything we needed for the weekend. Host was very friendly w great communication. Would stay here again.

Cute Cottage

The cottage is conveniently located in Sooke and it had all the amenities we needed. The unit was clean and tidy, the hot tub was a good size. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay and were lucky enough that there was vacancy the next day so we stayed another night. Loved to sit down at the dock and relax .

We had a very nice stay at this oceanfront cottage. The location is excellent. Having a private dock and direct beach access made it feel like our own personal retreat. We spent our mornings kayaking (thanks to the free kayaks provided!) and our evenings relaxing in the hot tub under the stars.The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a full kitchen to a great BBQ setup for outdoor meals. We appreciated the quiet and privacy, yet it was still close enough to local shops and restaurants for convenience.The hosts were communicative, friendly, and made the check-in process seamless. You can tell they take pride in making guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Beautiful!

Loved having the hot tub to use! Very big comfy king sized beds, cozy place and beautiful grounds over looking the long dock and ocean. Nice and close to the galloping goose and potholes. The unit we stayed in was close to the road so there is a little bit of traffic noise but otherwise perfect. Would definitely come again!

Great Place

Hostess was so easy to deal with and very accommodating. House was very clean and had everything you needed. You couldn't see the water from this house but the walk to the dock was very easy and not far. Would definitely stay here again.

Mostly great

We had a great four days at the Seascape Cottage, which was really well equipped with supplies often not included in holiday rentals, such as good quality knives and utensils, olive oil and spices, etc. The beds (king size) were very comfortable, and the owner was easy to communicate with, especially before we arrived. The only downside to the cottage is its location very close to the main road, which is quite noisy. One night we were kept awake for several hours by road construction in the middle of the night. We would happily stay again, but would choose one of the options further away from the road. On the up side, our teenage grandsons made good use of the kayaks and the hot tub, and we all enjoyed the access to the dock and patio.

Perfect spot

We came out for a weekend fishing trip and this place was perfect. It was my son and I so we each had a king sized bed and the hot tub was a great addition. We had fishing licenses so we used the crab traps and had a great time. It’s centrally located and less than an hour from the airport. Close enough to catch a morning flight but far enough away to feel like a getaway. Having our own bbq we could eat at home rather than feel compelled to go out after a day on the water. We will hope to make this an annual outing.

Seascape is centrally located very close to the beautiful Sooke potholes, Sooke museum, liquor store, town shopping centres, coffee shops many restaurants and breweries and local beaches and hiking trails. And just a short boat ride to our world class, fishing and halibut grounds!

Large dock with 200ft boardwalk, ocean access, beach when tide is out a little, moorage available, kayaks, and crab traps available for guests to use and all less than a km from Sooke town centre and 40 minutes from Victoria! Can’t beat the location!
