Situated on the 1st floor, this unit sleeps 5 people in a Queen, 2 Singles and trundle bed. Other features include a TV, DVD, crim-safe screens in the bedrooms, balcony and sunroom and ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms.



Leave the car in the lock up garage and take a short walk to the patrolled surf, open parks with modern playgrounds and your choice of restaurants including the beachfront surf club directly across the road.



There is an inviting inground pool in the complex and walk through entrance to the rear of the property to the park.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied.



Linen

Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
