of a tranquil quiet street, the breathtaking ocean views of Twofold Bay provide an
unforgettable backdrop for a memorable stay. Only a few minutes drive to the main
street, beaches and Quarantine Bay boat ramp.
The spacious layout of the house is perfect for entertaining or simply unwinding, with
a balcony that beckons you to soak in the scenery while enjoying a morning coffee or
evening cocktails. The open-plan living area seamlessly integrates the beauty of the
ocean into your indoor experience, making every moment feel like a seaside retreat.
The four bedrooms and two bathrooms offer ample space for guests. A master
bedroom with a king bed, walk-in robe, en-suite and television. Bedrooms 2 and 3
have queen-sized beds, walk-in robes and televisions. The 4 th bedroom has a king-
size single bed and walk-in robe. You will also find a second bathroom with a
bathtub, a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer and access to an
outdoor BBQ area.
The thoughtful addition of three split system units ensures comfort year-round, while
the fully-equipped kitchen with a large side-by-side fridge/freezer, cooktop/oven,
microwave, air fryer and dishwasher caters to all culinary needs, from casual meals
to gourmet creations.
The convenience of off-street parking for two vehicles, including space for your boat
and a lock-up garage to secure your fishing gear or bikes, adds to the allure of this
property, while access to WiFi and full laundry facilities enhances the practicality of
