Guests found violating this rule may be charged an additional fee. You're welcome to smoke outside the premises instead. This helps keep the space fresh and comfortable for everyone.
🚧 Gold Coast Light Rail & Nearby Construction Notice
Please note that the Burleigh area is currently undergoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. Works are taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and nearby areas and may result in:
▪️ Increased noise during daytime hours
▪️ Temporary traffic changes or detours
▪️ General construction activity in the surrounding area
While these works are outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. Once completed, the project is expected to significantly improve public transport access to Burleigh and surrounding coastal areas.
Additionally, demolition and construction have commenced on a neighbouring lot. Work is scheduled Monday to Saturday between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM. During these hours, you may notice elevated noise levels and increased activity around the site, including the movement of construction vehicles.
To reflect these temporary conditions, our property has been priced competitively during this period.
