Mealtime is far from a chore in the beautiful and bright chef's kitchen, or enjoy a BBQ with family, friends and co workers under the pergola. Boasting 3+1 bedrooms and a convertible sectional sofa, Ocean Blue can accommodate 8-10 people comfortably. The spacious open concept living room and ground level rec room are ideal spaces for young and old alike. The main floor master bedroom is truly a relaxation retreat. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the front deck through the walk out garden doors or unwind in a spa like ensuite with such amenities heated towels, in floor heating, double vanity, modern soaker tub and separate spacious shower. There are 2 additional full bathrooms, also with in flooring heating. Enjoy complementary WIFI and smart TVs in all bedrooms and common living spaces.
