We welcome you to the Retreat Townhouse Pentridge Village. With both a serene suburban location and cosy home setting including twin bedrooms with ensuites, this light filled townhouse is sure to provide an outstanding experience for your upcoming stay in Coburg.
This townhouse is located in the unique Pentridge Village estate. The home is a short drive or walk to the Sydney Road tram line and Batman train station.
This home boasts all the important amenities for you & your fellow travellers. The property includes a lounge area with a smart TV, a well equipped kitchen with new appliances, a balcony area with outdoor dining, two and a half bathrooms and a laundry with washer/dryer.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows (all linen & bathroom towels provided):
Bedroom 1 - Double size bed, private ensuite and walk-in wardrobe
Bedroom 2 - Double size bed, private ensuite and built in wardrobe
*All guests are required to complete our verification process, including ID verification and providing a credit card for a security deposit, prior to accessing the property.*
Strict house rules apply and are enforced when reserving this property including no parties, excessive noise or outside guests. By reserving this home all guests agree to adhere to the full guest house rules. Failure to do so may result in penalties such as fines or untimely ejection from the home.
