From its tastefully crafted street appeal to the oversized entry door, soaring ceilings, bespoke fixtures and fittings and extensive use of concrete complemented by selective touches of granite, timber, glass, light and water, it’s no surprise that 13 Cascade Drive is an award-winning home.
At the heart of the home is the sleek Poggenpohl (German) kitchen with its modern minimalist design; top end appliances; African white granite; high-gloss, electronic, push-to-open cabinetry; timber/stainless steel splashback; concealed pantry; additional butler’s pantry; and feature concrete blade wall.
Dine at the equally impressive booth-style dining setting with timber dining table and luxurious leather seating or retract the sliding cavity doors and go poolside under the covered gazebo for an authentic tropical experience. There’s even a full outdoor kitchen is alfresco cooking is more to your liking.
Back inside, the floating staircase leads to the master and one of the secondary bedrooms, both of which feature ducted air conditioning, walk-in wardrobes and opulent ensuites that come complete with floating vanities, unique side shower jets, sensor mirror lighting and heated towel rails.
