Creeks, best restaurants, local grocers, boutiques all just a walk away.
Unit is resort facing, quietly nestled on a tree lined walking trail surrounded by birch and spruce trees. Not on busy road. 2 outdoor hot tubs. New chic kitchen remodelled in 2024, fully equipped with everything and more you may need to cook your special meals in the condo. Retreat on your private balcony with a Napolean BBQ and ample seating area. 2 flat screen TV's should you want to watch your favourite movies or shows. Black out blinds to ensure quality sleep. 15 min scenic walk to downtown Canmore, where you’ll find amazing restaurants and best boutique shopping in the area. Free underground heated parking and wonderful spa across the street at One Wellness. Don't feel like leaving the condo - Sushi and Ramen restaurant located on main level of resort.
Free ROAM transit within Canmore. ROAM also connects to Banff and Lake Louise for a fee should you not want to drive.
