**Fenced in yard with doggy door for fur babies**

Story and a half lake front cabin on Nolin Lake with a fantastic view of the lake and semi-private. This cabin has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The walkout basement is set up perfect for kids with a pool table/ping pong table, air hockey table, smart tv with wifi, two twin bunk beds atop a full size futon in the basement bedroom, a twin daybed with a twin trundle, and full size futon with twin bunk on top in the open area.
Outside has a 2 tier deck with the hot tub located on the bottom deck and a professional cornhole pit (corn hole boards and bags provided) with additional deck space with outdoor tables.
Inside features wood vaulted ceilings and wood stairs. The private master suite upstairs boasts your own full bath. There is a real wood burning fireplace made of stone, perfect for those chilly nights as well as a professional outdoor firepit.
This cabin comes equipped with internet, games, TV's and DVD's, and wired speakers all through out, including outside.
The cabin is fully stocked with linens, towels, utensils, plates and bowls.

Local Attractions: There is swimming, boating, skiing, and tubing on the lake. There are several nice local golf courses and local marinas that offer boat rentals. Most local attractions are within 45 mintues of the cabin including Mammoth Cave - includes hiking trails, horseback riding and cave exploration, Dinosaur World, Kentucky Down Under, and Corvette Museum.

Truly loved our time here. Plenty of spaces for everyone to have their space when it was needed. Having a fenced outside area for our dogs was an amazing bonus, too.The views off the decks were gorgeous. The home was incredibly cozy and had everything we needed.

Quick Getaway

We did just a small getaway with family from out of town. We live in Dawson Springs and planned a different trip then usually. We normally go ti Gatlinburg, but decided to stay close since our youngest daughter starts Varsity cheer practice today, and wanted to try a new spot closer to home. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

Kentucky Getaway

This home was perfect for our yearly family getaway. We had kids ranging from 0-10, each family had their own space. We loved the lakeview. Only downfall was most things to do were 35mins or more away.

Enjoyed our stay at this Nolan lake house. House location was perfect for our party. Extremely clean and welcoming. The view was outstanding from the two decks. Made some wonderful memories at the house and on the lake.

Good time

It was a good stay. We had three families all together and enjoyed ourselves . We loved the fenced-in yard and the hot tub. The game room was nice but the air hockey game wasn't working. I thought the kitchen was on the small side to cook for 10 people . There was no room to store food without taking up all the counter space. We were disappointed with the water access and lack of water activities and the view was very limited. All in all it was a gourd experience and a good time. We will probably want to come back next year.

Perfect cabin for a getaway!

We came down for a winter holiday getaway and the cabin was everything we expected. It’s well situated to go see some sights, distilleries, or just hang out at the cabin and enjoy the hot tub and fireplace like we did. Would certainly stay here again!

We had two small dogs and this had a fenced in yard for them which was perfect. We hosted a dinner for our friends and family and had a great time. Love the house and look forward to renting it again.

Work Family Get Away

The property was just as described, clean, and with all amenities listed. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and had a lovely hike through the area. The views were spectacular and the outside seating areas plentiful! This is one spot we will all be staying again with our families!

Weekend getaway

This property is AMAZING!! Quite, private road, perfect view of the lake, the 2nd patio was my place to be in the morning. The sunrise was breathtaking, even seen a shooting star! The bedrooms....there is so much room!! Definitely coming back with my entire family for a longer time to enjoy the house and all it has to offer. A weekend isn't long enough!!

Well stocked, amazing views

We've gotten a group together for cabins for years. This has been our favorite so far. Easily accessible from louisville, great access to mammoth cave, breathtaking lake views, and a well stocked property. Will be staying again!

Family Retreat

Our family and in-laws had a wonderful long weekend on Lake Nolan. While the weather was very cooperative, we enjoyed lake time at the local beach, a quick tour at Mammoth Cave and lots of time on the back porch catching up. The kids loved the basement and outdoor space, and the adults slept well in the comfortable beds. Its a beautiful location and quiet location overlooking the shores of the lake.

Beautiful Lake House

We will definitely be returning to this house in the years to come! The lake access wasn’t available unless you wanted to sink in mud because since there has been so much flooding, the lake had risen up so far up the property to where you really couldn’t find the path. But there is plenty of other places to fish and enjoy the water. Nolan Dam is cool. The house is very very well stocked with everything from dog toys, kids toys. Games, kitchen appliances and the kitchen is more stocked than any Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Beautiful views from the awesome decks and patio! Cell service is sketchy so I would advise you to have all your information on getting into the house without having to log into the VRBO app. We had issues with the WiFi but after contacting the host and resetting the router, it was great! The host is very accommodating and is quick to respond to calls or messages!

Beautiful setting!!

We loved staying at the cabin on the lake. It was a beautiful setting, very peaceful, cabin offered everything we needed and more. Pet friendly. Very clean! Only thing we saw that needed improvement were the towels and bed linens. Other than that we loved it and would highly recommend staying here again.

Awesome place to stay

This property is exactly what we were looking for and exactly as described. It was very clean. The property owner was very responsive. The view of the lake from the deck is breathtaking, the property is close to Mammoth Cave and many other outdoor activities! We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Weekend Getaway

This is a fun home, games, outdoor firepit, grill, hot tub (although we did not use it), plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. 10 minute drive to the marina. Outdoor eating and relaxing with two decks. We all had a great time.

Family Get Away

This was a perfect spot for our multi-generational family. We ranged in age from 2 to 70 and everyone had a great time. We all enjoyed the game room and the outside spaces. The trail to the lake was a little difficult for us older folk, but we all made it and enjoyed the view from the shore! A couple of the adults took out a canoe and loved it. The kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed to cook all of our meals. Lots of towels came in handy. We all hope to visit again soon - especially to enjoy the lake and local attractions.
