The kitchen bar has seating for two and there is a breakfast nook table with seating for four, that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and those mountain views!



Dining Area: The dining area has plenty of space for all your meals with seating for six. Take advantage of the patio access where you'll find a BBQ for your outdoor grilled favorites.



Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom - King bed, Smart TV with Netflix, sitting area, and large closet. The large master bathroom has two separate granite counter sinks, water closet, a soaking tub, and a separate tile shower.



Bedroom 2 – King size bed, Smart TV with Netflix, and access to a shared full bathroom with a shower.



Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds (or configured as a king size bed upon request and a $30 fee) and access to the full shared bathroom.

Outdoor Area: The backyard is serene and features a large paver patio with comfortable seating, both covered and uncovered, for whichever your preference may be. Take in a soothing dip in the brand new extra-large hot tub after a day full of activities, that comes complete with the stunning mountain views, and breathtaking star views on clear nights. There are two hiking poles at the home for guest use. Please note that the yard is not fenced.
