We're a working couple in Vancouver, and we live in the same building on a different floor. We bought this place as a passion project, to fix it up and offer it to the many people who visit Vancouver every year. We love meeting people from around the world, many of whom have never been here before, and they need a good place to stay while they settle in to Canada and work on their residency, or attend school, work etc.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We live in the neighborhood - in the same building! We love that our place is central to everything in downtown Vancouver. You can literally walk anywhere in 15 minutes or less - from shopping, entertainment, sightseeing, etc. Our place is a bit of an entertainment hub spot, because we have a huge movie theater plus restaurants and cafes right in the building. We're surrounded by hotels, shopping, and more restaurants and nightlife. There's something here for everyone.

Our building is the largest and most secure commercial/residential complex in downtown Vancouver. There are over 450 apartment condos in our building, plus a 24 hour concierge and security detail. We have secure underground parking, a fitness room, bike storage, amenity space, and outdoor roof gardens to enjoy. There's a grocery store across the street, plus restaurants, coffee shops and other shopping within a 1-minute walk in all directions. We're literally at the center of it all in downtown Vancouver.
