Listed as sleeps four, but was disappointed to see that an air mattress is half of those sleeping arrangements. Could use a blanket or two more in the room, otherwise clean and excellent stay.

So we had a great stay, and everything about the apartment was great. However some keys were left behind that are important and the owner is making zero effort to return them. They have them and have sent me picture, but they keep giving me the run around. Been trying to get them back since beginning Of August and have travelled to Vancouver serval times to retrieve them but they just won’t reply. Terrible customer service, they don’t care at all, spend your money elsewhere

Air Mattress?

Everything was perfect except for fact that it was an air mattress. It was a really lush air mattress, but it wasn’t listed anywhere in the description that it was an air mattress and not a proper bed. It was very disappointing. Air mattresses kinda suck for two people to share so take that into consideration. Everything else was perfect.

It was an ok stay

Was a beautiful apartment in Vancouver and the host went above and beyond with leaving water, and some snacks. We found when we walked in the smell of the place was overwhelming maybe it was a cleaner they used. The kitchen table was dirty though and the side tables in bedroom was dusty. The shower was left wet and had hair in it same with the bed. I am also not used to a hard bed so didn’t sleep very well because of this. The bed is quite hard. The water in the shower was iffy with temperature. But the esthetic of the apartment was nice. Looked like it was newly renovated. Thank you for the stay

Our stay on September 4-7

We liked the place and great location for our needs. A couple things that would have made it perfect. First, when we arrived and rang the bell, nobody picked up the phone causing us to retry several times. Eventually someone exiting the building let us in but this was a rough way to start our visit. The Wi-Fi service in the unit was unreliable and often slow. And we discovered a moldy coffee filter in the coffee maker which turned us off from using it all together. rough way to start our visit.

Nice and clean

This place is very nice and well taken care of. The owner is very nice and there was some kind of issue on her end but she dealt with that and confirmed that I will have the place and not to worry. Would definitely book it again
