The Space:
BEDROOMS:
2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment with third bedroom option located within upstairs lounge mezzanine area. All beds are fitted with hotel quality commercial luxury linen to ensure you get hours of uninterrupted sleep and quality toweling is provided. Each bedroom has its own large screen Smart Samsung TV. All Bedrooms are well-lit and fully heated. The master bedroom and mezzanie Superking King area beds can each be split into two King Singles. The second bedroom is a King bed that cannot be split. Please request minimum 7 days prior to checkin, if you require a bed to be split.
Both master and second bedroom are located on the ground floor of the apartment. The master bedroom has a Super King bed that can be spilt into two king singles on prior request and fantastic private balcony. It also has its own full en-suite bathroom with bath and good quality overhead shower and WC. This bathroom can be shared if desired.
The second bedroom is smaller having a KIng sized bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and quality overhead shower. It has its own WC room which is separate and adjacent to the bedroom, but can also be useable by the whole property, if so desired.
Both bedrooms have ample storage space.
The third bedroom space is located off and above the main lounge area, via open mezzanine area as viewable in our pictures. This has a Super King bed which can be split into 2 x King singles upon prior request. Perhaps ideal for teenager's, or fit adults, given access to this space is via a loft ladder as shown in our pictures. If in use, this bedroom space will normally utilize the second bedrooms WC and or bedroom bathrooms.
Baby Items:
We do not store any items at the apartment as wish to maintain them in good condition, as such, please note they cannot be requested last minute and must be requested in advance of stay.
If you would like baby items i.e. portable baby cot, high chair, bath etc these are available and complimentary. They must be requested minimum one week prior to arrival, or preferably at time of booking to ensure availability.
BATHROOMS:
Both Bathrooms have showers over bath as shown within listing images. Both are located off each downstairs bedroom. Complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. There are power outlets available for shaving and for a hairdryer (provided). Luxury towels are available for your use and the separate “water closet” (WC/toilet) located by second bedroom ensures that there is enough room available for every guest.
LOUNGE:
You’ll find the lounge and kitchen areas on the ground floor. The spacious lounge is open, has a high vaulted ceiling with large window ensuring plenty of light enters the space and provides great views of the Remarkable mountains, Lake Wakatipu and the gorgeous gardens that we overlook.
The main lounge area has a new large SMART Samsung TV which is connected to the Wi-Fi. If you download the Samsung smart TV app you will be able to cast from your mobile device directly onto the TV. Perfect for sharing your photos or video from your days activities or adventures! Alternatively, if you have a Netflix account or similar, you can log in directly into this or, any room TV.
KITCHEN:
We love everything about food and preparing it. Our kitchen is functional, and fully equipped with everything you’ll likely need to produce a great meal. The lounge or balcony areas provide great spaces for the perfect social get together. The balcony has a modern Weber barbequee. Both are a great space to share food and make memories with family and friends.
Our kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, microwave, electric oven, stove, full size fridge with freezer, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger and all crockery, cutlery, and utensils you would need. We do not provide food. We provide basic spices, as well as complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. A well presented and supplied small corner grocery and basic liquor store, are just a 2-minute walk away too. Including fish & chip shop and pizza takeaway. For something special try Kamana Lakehouse Hotels, excellent Nest restaurant just 1-minute away!
OUTSIDE SPACE:
You can relax and enjoy views from either the ground-floor master bedroom balcony, or larger lounge balcony area, both have seating and the lounge balcony has a barbequee . Enjoy a sunrise cup of tea, or a sunset glass of wine. These great spaces are a perfect spot to take in the fresh air, or for relaxing reading your favorite book. Please note, being outside areas there use is limited to outside Queenstown quite time rules, these being 10.00 PM until 7.00 AM.
The complex overlooks lovely gardens, which are immaculate and well maintained. A public small children's park is available 3 minutes walk down the main road for the little ones to expend their excess energy. This area also has a large public barbecue facility.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet mixed use residential area and adjacent to Kamana Lakehouse Hotel. This apartment is just a short walk from great local amenities, including corner shop, fish & chip shop, great pizza bar restaurant and from Queenstown city center.
It’s far away enough away from the hustle and bustle of our busy tourist town. Great for that special holiday, family/friends wedding, personal downtime, or for planning that next big business project. This special space is ideal for families, friends, & work colleagues.
Getting Around:
We recommend Uber, or local Taxi. However there is a great local bus service operating from a stop directly opposite the apartment, this is cheap and runs very regularly. Alternatively we have one free private covered parking space for a standard vehicle if you have car.
Interaction with Guests:
We can arrange to greet you on arrival to make sure you have everything you need, to give you details on how things work in the house and offer some friendly tips and ideas for your holiday. If helpful, we can arrange a meeting after check-in to answer any additional questions about the property or the surrounding area, but that is at your discretion. We fully understand that some travelers want to socialize with their hosts and ask for advice, while others wish to switch off and settle in.
