❗ No Parties policy.

❗ Guests are provided with a welcome pack to get started including toilet paper, a few coffee pods, a small carton of milk and toiletries. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive if additional supplies are required.

Please note that the double garage will be locked as it is used as a storage room for cleaners. There are plenty of parking spaces available at the property.
Other things to note
❗ This is a beautiful space to recharge and rejuvenate with friends and family. The house is located in a quiet residential area, so NO parties or large gatherings outside the number of guests booked are permitted. When sitting outside in the evening, we would ask that you respect the neighbours by keeping voices low, and where possible move inside after 8pm.
