For your convenience, there is plenty of parking available with registration, and even an on site restaurant - The Jolly Jellyfish! Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Plaza 1609 - The Beach is calling you!

The Plaza Requires guests to register upon arrival. Registration is $80 per vehicle, additional permits available for $15/day or $60 for full stay. Payable directly to the building upon arrival. Outdoor pool is seasonal, May through October from 8a-8p. Indoor pool area is open 7a-11p, year round.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
