The host was phenomenal! She really took care of us and made our stay special even though it was only a short stay. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Beautiful property with all the amenities you can think of and if you didn’t, the owners did! The pond and dock to fish off of was a hit with my boys. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

Hosts went above & beyond when it comes to amenities! Fresh baked cookies, plenty of towels, a few beverages in the fridge, along with some additional snacks. Great communication throughout the stay! Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

I hesitate to write this glowing review out of fear it’ll be hard to ever get a reservation again (lol). But it wouldn’t be fair to keep this gem to myself! A group of friends and I came to visit the world equestrian center, which turned out quite convenient as it was a quick drive (about 10 mins). Staying here felt like visiting family who thought of every way to make sure you’d be comfortable and have fun! From the second coffee bar in the loft to the kayaks and fishing poles outside. The best VRBO/airbnb stay I’ve experienced!Cindy and Greg are amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect!

Property owner has a talent for hospitality, interior design, and really just thinking of everything someone may want or need while staying in a vrbo. Just beautiful! Property owner very thoughtful! We will definitely be coming back when we are at the horse show.

My best friend and I stayed at this property a couple weekends ago, for our girls getaway trip. I cannot express enough satisfaction and awe for this lovely home and host! When we first entered the home, it was a whole lot of “woooow!” And “oh my gosh, look!!” coming from both of us. The host, Cindy, was so gracious and kind that she even made us homemade baked sweets and had them packaged so cute on the counter waiting for us. Not only that, but she provided a bottle of wine for us as well with no extra charge. The home couldn’t have been decorated any better, if I could give 10 stars for it, I would! Another really nice touch were the soft, oversized, white robes Cindy provided for us to use. I have to also mention that during one of our nights, we wanted to make a fire at the fire pit in the back yard of this home, but had trouble lighting it due to the rain on the previous day. So Cindy, without question, sent over plenty of dry firewood for us to use and even offered help getting it started. The sunsets over the pond were to die for, I’ll post a photo to show but even that couldn’t do it justice. This was by far the best vrbo or Airbnb I have ever had the pleasure of staying at, and will ABSOLUTELY be coming back for our next girls weekend. Thanks so much, Cindy!!

Best gem in Wilmington area

Our best description of this stay and our host: Thoughtful. Cindy simply thought of everything a guest could ask for. The photos don't do this place justice - it's simply better. From the baked goodies left for our arrival, to the availability of kayaks / fishing tackle / finishes etc. Everything was well thought out - any guest will feel special.

Truly the BEST!!

We have stayed at many Vrbo’s, in many different locations over the years- and we all agree…(Bill, Myself, and our dog Harlie)…that this one was the best!!While on the road, the hosts Cindy and Greg called us to inquire about our ETA…hmmmm….Why??…so they could make sure that warm, delicious, melt in your mouth home-made brownies were set out for us. The actual home is gorgeously designed- huge kitchen with everything you would need to cook a fabulous meal (espresso maker, waffle maker, tea maker, coffee maker, huge gas stove, huge fridge, separate ice machine, dishwasher, grill, etc…), cozy comfortable bed, Large tv, WiFi, big clean shower, and 2 private decks. The outside was as spectacular as the inside- Enormous yard, a gorgeous fire pit, a huge pond, kayaks….and lovely animals to watch (this was Harlie’s favorite aspect- Horses, donkeys, barn swallows, geese with babies, chickens, blue herons, robins).….And everything was spotless!!!! Inside and outside!! Truly amazing!!Thank you Cindy & Greg- your attention to detail, hospitality, and graciousness were stellar!! You made our first visit to Ohio very special- we will be back!!

It was absolutely perfect. Went to see granddaughter at horse shows and her whole team came out for campfire and Smores! Also step son and whole family spent the evening with campfire and great fun together. Got to meet Cindy and her whole family and they are so gracious and helpful! Want to go back again soon

The BEST rental property Wilmington

Wow - we love this place! This rental is definitely a hidden gem in Wilmington. The 4 of us stayed her 2 long weekends in a row while horse showing at WEC. The drive to WEC is less than 10min and location is easy to find and serene. The home is so nicely decorated and filled with all the amenities ( aside from laundry which we didn't need). The kitchen and living room area open and cozy and the kitchen is fully stocked. I love that there is a half bath on the lower floor and the full bath is upstairs with the 2 lofted beds. The beds were so comfy and the shower was good pressure and warm. Coffee makers on both levels and a nice espresso machine. I also personally loved the ice maker. Hoping to make it back in the summer to take advantage of the cute, extensive backyard with fire pit and hammocks. Cindy was wonderful and was available for assistance at any time. Her home baked cookies were just such a nice, yummy extra touch. You need to stay here!!! WE had the best stay.

This hidden gem in Wilmington is by far the BEST rental home I have ever stayed in. Autumn Winds setting is beautiful and private, yet close to everything. (9 minute drive to WEC) Cindy went above and beyond to provide all the comforts of home and more. The decorating is outstanding and the amenities were superior. I loved the espresso machine, tea pot with tea from around the world, top of the line appliances, top quality linens and towels. The list goes on. There wasn’t one single thing the host didn’t think of. If you’re traveling to Wilmington STAY HERE! You will be so happy you did! My daughter and I can’t wait to return! Thank you so much Cindy for a top rate experience!
