Enjoy a relaxing stay in this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom apartment, nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. With modern finishes and plenty of natural light, it’s the perfect home away from home. The apartment is ideally located just a short stroll from local shops, cafes, and public transport, making it easy to explore. Clovelly and Coogee beaches are only a short drive away, offering the perfect spot to relax or enjoy outdoor activities.
The Space:
Tucked away at the rear of a modern block of just six apartments, this sun-drenched boutique residence offers both privacy and convenience. Located only 100 meters from Clovelly Road's vibrant village of cafes and eateries, this designer 2-bedroom apartment is a true gem. Surrounded by windows on three sides, it enjoys an abundance of natural light and features no common walls, ensuring a peaceful and airy atmosphere. The apartment opens to a spacious, full-width entertainer's terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Randwick is one of Sydney's most vibrant and sought-after neighborhoods, offering a perfect blend of relaxed charm and urban convenience. Known for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, this area is the ideal spot for those seeking a balance between city life and coastal relaxation.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
