Great base for Bannf area

Clean, well equipped room. Good location for Canmore and Banff/Icefields /Louise area . Everything good. Minor negative was internet connection was a bit flaky, disconnecting randomly. When connected was good though. Good TV system.Enjoyed stay and definitely recommend.

Writing a review to share that unfortunately our room was not cleaned when we arrived which heavily impacted our experience. The owner was able to assist and the room was cleaned the best they could within a timely manner so I appreciated the quick problem solving, however after arriving from a long travel day to a clearly "lived in" space (unmade bed, dirty towels on floor, trash in the cans, etc.) it was not the comfort we look for in a stay and not what we paid for. This room did the job for a quick trip, is a great location, and the parking spot is convenient, however, the long rules and instructions for navigating the building can get confusing. Would recommend an alternative stay if revisiting in the future.

We recieved all necessary information well ahead of time and all of the access codes worked. The room was clean and was just what we needed for the trip we wanted. Unfortunately the guest hot tub was under construction so we went to the rec centre instead. That would've been the cherry on top to be able to walk to the hot tub after a long day in the cold, but it was out of their control. Really good communication too!
