- The central heating (old wall heaters) is not available. Feel free to use the mini‑split air conditioners for all heating and cooling — they cover every room. For extreme winter weather, the two wood stoves are available. Firewood is stacked in front of the house, with more in the shed
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras, facing out from the corners of the house toward the driveway, A/C unit, woodshed, and front entry. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- The Hales Pond in front of our neighbor’s property is private. However, there are several beautiful public conservation areas nearby. We recommend visiting the Dover Land Conservation Trust website for more information
