Welcome home to Thornclyffe House. Expertly fusing classic grandeur with contemporary design, this three-bedroom masterpiece is unlike anything else you will find in Brisbane's vibrant heart. This extraordinary home is perfect for those seeking spacious proportions close to Brisbane's CBD.
This Victorian-era Queenslander has been meticulously updated to exude timeless sophistication. Taking inspiration from New York's glamorous cigar and supper clubs.
THINGS TO NOTE:
ACCESS: You have full access to the property. we are just a phone call or message away during your stay.
PARKING: The house keys and fob to the underground secure parking will be inside on the bowl on the dining table. Please follow the ‘check in instructions’ in the App for more information. It is extremely important that you follow the building parking rules and only use space A10 to park.
INCLUSIVE: As hosts, we welcome all visitors. Overseas guests, people with disabilities, families, and LGBTQI+ friendly.
NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable security deposit of $500 may be taken as an authorisation hold 2 days prior to check out and released no more than 7 days later. Some or all of the security deposit may be captured if there has been negligent behaviour or intentional damage to the property.
EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.
LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.
LONG STAYS:
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.
CHECK OUT
We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.
MANAGEMENT FEE - this is our damage waiver to cover any accidental damages so you don't have to worry - see house rules for the details.
PETS: No pets allowed at the property.

No Alcohol allowed in the pool and other common areas
Adherence to strict parking instructions to avoid having your vehicle towed without warning.
