Our fully renovated apartment features a private entrance and outdoor space, eat-in kitchen, 8 ft ceilings and custom built-in Queen sized bed.
Having undergone recent and extensive renovations, our suite features a private entrance and outdoor space, open concept kitchen/ living area with large central island, master bedroom, and fully equipped bathroom. Full height ceilings throughout the space, and shared access to laundry facilities onsite.

âą Close proximity to all your basic amenities including transportation, groceries, bars/restaurants and entertainment.
âą Fully equipped kitchen features range and stove top, full sized fridge, built in dishwasher, coffee maker, 4 seater island perfect for cooking, eating, and working. Dishware, coffee and tea provided.
âą Open concept living area with television and Amazon Fyre Stick. Free WIFI and Netflix included. Vintage video game console, board games, and books.
âą Bathroom comes stocked with essential toiletries, hair dryer and iron. Rainfall shower head.

âą We live here full time with our two Boston Terriers, Piper and Bosley, and our two housecats, Molly and Butters. While our animals will not have access to the suite or the entrance/courtyard areas, they will be on premise.
âą Note that the laundry facilities are shared for the entire home, and located on the same level as the apartment.
