Sunsational

The home was very clean and decorated very nicely. The outside screened in area with the pool and jacuzzi was extremely nice and is where we spent most of our time. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great for all ages!

Great location, close to everything, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, communication was great and quick. We had 2 kids, 1 teenage, 2 adults, and 2 seniors. Only had 1 small issue with getting the hot tub to work, but the house manager replied immediately and we got it resolved in no time. The pool was great, but a note for those with little kids, it doesn't have a very shallow end, but has some large steps they can play on. Everything was wonderful! We will likely book it again.

Wonderful experience!

My Husband and I, along with our friends stayed here for our first parents only vacation! The house is beautifully laid out, the pool, hot tub, and outdoor space/lanai served as the best place to relax for us! We were within 20-30 mins of every place we wanted to visit/sight see, and loved the convenience of being able to cook and grill “at home”. We definitely will be planning to stay here or at other properties managed by the same team — so personable and accommodating, and very responsive.

Sunny Banks was Great!

We loved our stay at Sunny Banks! It was perfect for our family of 6 on vacation. The location was close to: Publix, a neighborhood Walmart, and many restaurants. My almost two year old had ample room to play inside and loved the pool. Pool towels were provided. Renee was quick and helpful to fix the hot tub and pool when the heater was not on. The beds were as pictured and comfortable. The kitchen was very clean fully stocked . We enjoyed our visit to Cape Coral!
