Welcome to your new beautiful getaway, Gem on the Canal!

This brand new home located in Cape Coral, FL was built in 2022 and offers over 2,800 sq.ft. of open concept living that can accommodate up to 9 guests. Inspired by the ocean, you will feel tranquil and at ease with the its modern design incorporating a myriad of blue hues & artwork.

The living room encompasses a large leather sectional to relax & unwind while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen, smart-TV. Feel free to log-on to any of your streaming services, just don't forget to log out upon leaving.

The modern kitchen is easy to entertain and prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen area features a farmhouse sink, large center island (seats 6), stainless steal appliances and a mid-rise dining table (seats 8).

After splashing around in the heated pool/hot tub or a fun-filled day at the beach, drop your towels and swimsuits in the washer & dryer located right off the garage (3 car unit).

The home consists of four bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: The Master Suite is located off the lanai and encompasses a King Size bed, large walk-in closet, flat screen TV and on-suite with a spacious shower.

Bedroom 2: Consists of a queen size bed & closet. Bathroom with a shower/tub is located right outside the room.

Bedroom 3: Consists of a queen size bed, walk-in closet and bathroom with standing shower. Access to the lanai and pool area.

Bedroom 4: Consists of a bunk bed (twin over full), desk/chair, printer and fun games for the entire family.

The best part of this home, however, is the outdoor living space. Situated under the screened in lanai, there is a heated pool and hot tub, large seating area with fire table and two lounging chairs for sun bathing. Have some fun on our brand new dock with a tiki hut!

*Maximum temperature for the hot tub/spa is 102 degrees. Hot Tub till be turned off upon your arrival. The pool will be set to 86 degrees. Anything above that temperature will result in additional fees. Refer to owner's manual to turn on system & for more pool information. *

*Please refrain from swimming in the canal. Fishing is allowed, please provide your own poles.*

*Maximum of 9 guests only. NO PETS ALLOWED. You will be charged a hefty fee. Thank you for your understanding.* NO parties. NO fireworks.

Our stay was wonderful! Pool and hot tub were clean and perfect sizes. The house was comfortable and a great size for my husband and I and 4 adult children/in-laws. The beds and seating areas were very comfortable. The dining space fit six adults nicely. The outdoor space was functional and roomy allowing for lounging, chatting and dining without feeling crowded. Communication with the host was easy and there was always a very timely response. Highly recommend this property!!

The home was beautiful, it was clean and spacious! The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The master suite was so spacious! The home looked exactly like the listing pictures on the site. The location was also convenient to everything, tons to do and lots of shopping and restaurants! The owners were amazing, I messaged Amy before booking to ask about a safety fence for the pool, she responded and offered to help walk through set up if we needed help. Check in was smooth! Will rebook again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Gem on the Canal. The house is gorgeous. Every room is decorated perfectly. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. We also had plenty of room to spend time together in the living room, at the large kitchen table, and outside around the pool. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the evening around the fire pit. The pool was perfect for us. We even used the grill one night for a delicious meal. This home was stunning and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The beds were comfortable. Check in was super easy and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions. They were very kind and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this property for your getaway!

Beautiful modern home!

This waterfront home was modern and beautiful in a very nice neighborhood.Beds and furniture were super comfortable. The pool, fire pit and patio furniture were top notch and so enjoyable. There was plenty of room as well as privacy for the whole family with all the supplies we needed. Super fast communication from host.

Great winter getaway

This home was the perfect fit for our family vacation. The living area and kitchen was very spacious and wonderful for family meals and hanging out. Did Not Disappoint

Even more beautiful than the pictures! Wendy and Dave were very responsive and delightful to deal with. Hot tub and fire pit were wonderful since the weather was record breaking cold. Would definitely recommend this property, and hope to return when the weather cooperates.

Absolutely gorgeous home. It was perfect for my family. We had three couples and everyone enjoyed their accommodations. Pool and hot tub was a bonus.

Family Trip

I canā€™t stress enough how awesome these hosts are! We were having a little trouble getting pool heated and they actually called and helped us with process. Then they called back to make sure all was good. All emails or calls were answered promptly. Thank you so much Amy! We have not had that kind of consideration and service with other rentals in the past! We highly recommend anyone wanting a quiet neighborhood to stay here! And to top it off we actually got to see a gator in the canal! Ten stars!!!
