Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures. Guests may use the pool/sauna and access showers/lockers on departure day.
Mail delivery is not permitted.
Booking Policies:
One guest must be at least 25 years old.
Only documented service animals permitted (no emotional support animals).
The person paying must be added to the booking and e-sign the rental agreement.
Rates on open dates are subject to change.
Strict 60-day no-refund policy. This includes cancellations due to weather, hurricanes (June 1–November 30), health conditions, water conditions (including red tide or cold water), travel disruptions, or amenity closures. Date changes, if approved, incur a $50 fee per change and may require payment of rate differences. Travel insurance — especially “Cancel For Any Reason” coverage — is strongly recommended.
Please note: After hurricanes or during Marriott-hosted events, certain amenities (pool, beach areas, restaurants, Wi-Fi, elevators, etc.) may be temporarily unavailable. No refunds, date changes, or compensation will be provided in these circumstances.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED; HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no-refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check-in is any time after 4 PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and we will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no-refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not make anyone an exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, you need to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check-in. Check-in is at 4 PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which ensures the guest's instructions will auto-send at 3 PM on the day of arrival.
MAIL: SORRY, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MAIL DELIVERED, AS THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL. SHOULD YOU NEED YOUR MAIL DELIVERED DURING YOUR STAY, WE RECOMMEND PURCHASING A P.O. BOX LOCALLY.
Please be aware that this unit is not managed by Marriott, and other than going to the front desk to obtain a keycard when you check in, you should not have interaction with the Marriott staff with regard to the unit you have booked, as this unit is owned by a private individual and is not part of Marriott's booking pool.
The Marriott front desk, or any of their staff, does not have the authority to help with the following: early check-ins or late check-outs, assist with repair issues, assist with cleaning issues, bring towels/linens or any item, or clean the unit.

Occasionally, the Marriott hosts special events during which some of the amenities will be unavailable to guests for several hours. These amenities could include the pool area, one of the restaurants, or a portion of the private beach. There will be no guest compensation awarded for any Marriott-hosted special events.
