Resort Fee: $40 per day (plus tax), collected at check-in (not included).
Valet Parking: $48 daily (plus tax) if on-site parking is required (not included).
Check-In: 4:00 PM. No early check-in requests, please; if available, it will be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee.
Management: This unit is privately managed. Marriott staff cannot assist with cleaning, repairs, or extra linens. Please message us directly!

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues, such as flight cancellations.
đ Hurricane Season (June 1 â Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed; if allowed, they are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.
