This place is amazing! Great location, perfect for a group of 6 girls on a girls trip. The beach access is only .9 miles away and the restaurants that are across the street are super convenient. This was the perfect midway point between seaside and rosemary.

Perfect getaway along 30A

Wonderful in every respect, 5 stars! Starting with expectations, matched the photos exactly and was very clean which to me is the absolute most important thing. The location was great, very central to towns along 30A and easy to great dining and beaches. Loved Deer Lake State park for the beach, very relaxing and not overcrowded even on Memorial Day weekend. Absolutely beautiful for a sunset walk on the beach. House came with beach chairs, cart and umbrella which made a day at the beach relaxing and fun. Beach chairs need a good cleaning, but otherwise was great to have them. Complex was well maintained and very pretty. Would definitely stay again when in the 30A area.

Incredible Rental

This rental is an absolute dream. Very clean and cozy and close to everything. Inlet beach is only a 10 minute drive. The Big Chill was a huge hit for both the adults and the kids. This house was literally in between everything we wanted to do. We will be booking again next year!

perfect beach week ~

property was everything mentioned, very clean and comfortable! easy walk to the pool and the big chill gathering area with plenty of quick food options. just a short drive to Rosemary and Alys beaches, with great dining and shopping. we love 30A and will return soon!

Beautiful Beachy Vacation

The house was perfect for my husband and our two teenage daughters! We had fun using the bikes to ride to a public beach access in Watersound! The beach was perfect and not overly crowded if you were willing to walk a short distance from the entrance. The Big Chill area was fun to explore the shops and had yummy ice cream! It was a great location for just staying out or getting out and exploring nearby state parks. The house was a perfect place to come back and relax each day. It had everything we needed!

Amazing property!

Beautiful and clean property! Great location. Minutes from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Property management was easily reached and answered all questions instantly!! Highly recommend! Will search this location and/or this property management team for all future 30A vacations!

My Friend and I enjoyed our stay while visiting for a very special event. By securing a place of our own we were able to enjoy this family event all the while relax in the condo. Thank you!

So beautiful and peaceful

Went to take a break after 7 years of care giving and the death of my husband. This is beautiful and peaceful property. The grounds are meticulous and everything is just a bicycle ride or car ride away. Loved the different restaurants and scenery. Watercolor and Seaside beautiful. But - I loved being here and just relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine and reading. You won't regret going. Highly recommend. Will return.

Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Absolutely loved staying here!! My husband and I didn’t think we would like the location but we loved it! We come to 30A 4-6 times and year and it was our first time staying in this area and it definitely won’t be our last. This is our new favorite place to stay!! The only negative is the beach access and there isn’t a full length mirror. I promise you won’t regret staying here!!

Great Condo!

The property was clean, nicely appointed and very comfortable! Having the four bikes was very nice. Great location- you just have to adjust to having no “on property” beach access.
