The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances and a huge center island with plenty of counter seating. Nicely-equipped with a solid surface range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker and everything you will need to cook up delicious meals using locally-sourced ingredients.

A door from the kitchen leads to the beautiful back patio.

Just off the kitchen is the dining area with high top table with seating for four (eight more seats at the counter). Beyond the dining area is the cozy living room with comfortable seating, gas fireplace and flat screen smart TV with cable (stream additional content with your own accounts).

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite half bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a day bed with trundle (two twins). There is also a full bathroom with shower and conveniently located washer/dryer on this floor.

A spiral staircase leads to the second floor. At the top of the stairs is a family room with game table and TV area. The vaulted ceiling and many windows make this a bright and inviting space. Curl up with a good book, gather on the comfy sofa and chair for a movie or best your bestie in a card game.

Just off the family room are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed and a twin with trundle (four twins). There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Ductless split unit air conditioners in the first floor main living space, the second floor family room and all four bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the four bedrooms.

The property sits on a nicely manicured lot with mature plantings. The lovely back patio has a dining table with chairs and large umbrella, a gas grill and a large enclosed outdoor shower. Corn Hole! Beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler available for tenant use.

The property is only steps from Wellfleet's Main Street. Head on down the road for treats and coffee at Wellfleet Marketplace every morning. Grab lobsters from Hatch's for dinner in the evening.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
