Enter a open and bright main living area with vaulted ceiling, two sliders to the deck and large windows letting in plenty of light. The living room has comfortable seating, flat screen TV with YouTube TV cable channels (stream additional content with your own accounts) and a gas fireplace. Just off the living room is a dining area with a large table and room for all. Next to the dining area is the well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The large center island has counter seating.

A short hall off the kitchen leads to the conveniently located washer/dryer and a back door with easy access to the enclosed outdoor shower. Further down the hall is the primary bedroom with queen bed and private slider. This bedroom has a lovely en suite bathroom with separate custom tile shower and soaking tub.

At the front of the house there is a half bath and a staircase leading to the open second floor loft. The loft has a desk if you absolutely can't unplug from work and a queen sleeper sofa providing additional sleeping space for two. The home's two other bedrooms are on this floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and other other has a full (double) bed and a full futon. There is also a bathroom with a shower and double sink on this floor.

The unfinished basement has a comfortable sectional and large flat screen TV with YouTube TV (stream additional content with your own accounts). There is also a ping pong table and a foosball table for those who enjoy some friendly competition.

The large deck has an outdoor dining table with seating for eight and outdoor lounge furniture with sofa and chairs. There is a gas grill and a Weber charcoal kettle grill. There are two lounge chairs on the patio accessed by slider in the master bedroom. The enclosed outdoor shower is around the back of the house.

Enjoy the firepit with Adirondack chairs and hammock in the backyard. Large fenced-in yard.

Bonus: EV Charger (Tesla/universal) available to tenants. Tenants may use the garage for storage of bikes, kayaks and luggage (no vehicles). The second floor of the garage is for owner use only.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
