We love creating a warm and peaceful space where guests can feel truly at home. Your private room is cozy and located on the second floor. While you’ll have your own comfortable bedroom, the bathroom is shared with other guests — a true homestay experience where comfort and connection meet. 🌿

- A convenient shared powder room on the main floor

🚍 University of Waterloo & Wilfrid Laurier: 5-minute drive or 15-minute bus ride.
🛍 4-minute drive to T&T Supermarket and 12-minute walk to Zehrs Supermarket & Dollarama.
🚘 5- mins drive to Waterloo Park and Uptown
*** 🚗 PARKING INFO – FREE street parking right in front of our house anytime during the day. If you need to park overnight (2 AM – 6 AM), you’ll just need to register your car with the City of Waterloo —it only takes about 3 minutes! We’ll send you all the guidelines after check-in so you can avoid any unexpected tickets.
***IMPORTANT*** GUEST POLICY (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)
👤 ONE guest only and NOT suitable for a couple - *** Only the registered Airbnb guest is permitted to check in and stay at the property***
🛂 Booking for someone else in your family? You MUST inform us BEFORE booking and get our prior approval. If approved, their ID is required.

🔑 Self-check-in with your own keypad access! You’ll be receiving a passcode to enter the entrance one hour before check-in.
