The living room is furnished with a chaise sofa, two additional chairs, a TV, and a dining table that seats six. A fully equipped kitchen, a half-bathroom, and an in-unit laundry with a stacked washer and dryer complete the space.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an attached full bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom includes two double-size beds, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an attached full bathroom with a shower.

For added comfort, the condo offers central air conditioning throughout, hot water, complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, and three cable TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom).
