Situated in a fabulous location, only a two minute walk to Umina Beach and two
minutes walk (200m) to the vibrant Umina Beach shopping and eating precinct
where you can enjoy everything this beautiful seaside town has to offer without
needing to use a car. The newly revamped kids BMX andamp; skate park and tennis courts
are also close. Umina Beach is recognised as one of the best beaches to learn
to surf and provides some great fishing and kayaking spots. Enticing coffee
shops, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance, as are the three main
supermarkets and Bunnings.
