Welcome to Ridgedale House – Your Luxurious Seaside Retreat
Imagine arriving in Bayview, where the sound of the waves and the songs of birds greet you. Nestled in lush nature, this stunning home is an invitation to relaxation and escape.
As soon as you arrive, you’ll be enchanted by its elegant architecture and warm atmosphere. The house can accommodate up to 9 guests, making it the perfect place for family gatherings or a getaway with friends.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Bayview is a tranquil neighbourhood on Sydney’s northern coastline, offering stunning views of Pittwater and lush bushland. The area is known for its peaceful atmosphere, with locals enjoying morning jogs along the waterfront and families gathering in leafy parks. The streets feature a mix of elegant homes and cozy cottages, creating a welcoming community.
Outdoor activities are at the heart of Bayview, with opportunities for sailing, kayaking, and hiking through nearby trails. The local cafes, boutique galleries, and hidden beaches add charm to the area. As the sun sets, the neighborhood transforms into a quiet retreat, where nature and community come together in perfect harmony.
Please note that the House is adjacent to our cottage and shares a gate as well as the front yard. Should you prefer complete privacy, we highly suggest booking both the house and cottage under our other listing, 'Ridgedale Main House & Cottage'.
A Refined and Spacious Interior
Step inside to discover a bright and airy living room, where large windows open onto breathtaking views. Exposed wooden beams and a stone fireplace add an authentic charm, making it the ideal space for cozy evenings.
The home features four elegant bedrooms, spread across two floors:
• On the first floor:
• 1 Master bedroom with a queen-size bed, perfect for waking up to stunning natural surroundings.
• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, ideal for a couple.
• 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed, great for children or extra guests.
• On the ground floor:
• 1 Master bedroom with a king-size bed, offering ultimate luxury and comfort.
A Dreamy Outdoor Space
What makes this house truly special is its breathtaking outdoor area. Enjoy the infinity pool surrounded by natural rock formations, unwind on the panoramic terrace, and savor al fresco dining with stunning bay views.
As night falls, let yourself be mesmerised by the sunset, drink in hand, as you soak in the peaceful Bayview atmosphere.
Whether you’re seeking adventure, serenity, or quality time with loved ones, this home is the perfect escape. All that’s left to do is unpack and fully enjoy this unforgettable experience.
HOUSE RULES
* Check-in: After 3:00 pm
* Checkout: 10:00 am
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below).
ADDITIONAL RULES
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is NINE people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FIVE people. No more than a maximum of FOURTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
*We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*For the safety of the property and our guests, there is a security camera at the front entrance gate of the property.
*This property has limited availability, but should you wish to book for a minimum of 7 nights or more, please send us an inquiry and we'll be happy to discuss this further!
* Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!
