We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!
Getting Around:
Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

As per the listing, this property is not 2 minutes from State Farm Stadium, it is 30 minute walk to the stadium and 15-20 min walk to most restaurants. Otherwise as advertised. Floors could have been cleaner, walk around in your socks for an hour and they looked like you were walking around outside. The rest of the place was neat and tidy.

First off, their listing did not state that I would have to purchase their own damage protection so I purchased a policy through VRBO as I always do & they said they would not provide me with checkin info until I buy their policy. I sent them a copy of the (far better) policy I bought through VRBO. they said it didn't matter so I was forced to buy 2. Next because of that I asked to check in an hour early. they made us pay for it. We got stuck in a freeway closure so we were unable to check in early. Was not able to get a refund so asked if we could check out an hour late instead I was told only if I paid more. Worst part was that after we checked in I went to make up the sofa bed for my grandsons and there was no bedding. we looked everywhere. The house stated that it slept 7 including the sofabed. so I called them & was told there wasn't anything they could do until next day. I said where are the boys supposed to sleep? So we used the few towels we had and made pillows out of clothes . They also only provided us with 5 towels and 4 washcloths and 2 hand towels. Tub had hair on it and floor in master had toe nail clippings. I was told we would receive all the missing items the next morning but by 3:30 we still had not received anything so I called AGAIN to complain & asked if could check out half hour later due to everything and again was told for a fee. Then to add insult to injury I began toload at 10:15 & someone tried to open door. Cleaning was 40 minutes early. Bad Trip
