A compact, cosy place and a great base as you explore Rotorua. We are located in the suburb of Springfield, a safe and quiet residential area.
This family home was converted into two separate accommodations. This listing is for the downstairs flat, a 45sqm self-contained unit. It has a separate entrance for convenience and privacy. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave and fridge. It has a full-size toilet and shower. One bedroom has a super king bed, and the other has two king single beds. There's a 55-inch TV with Netflix and YouTube to enjoy.
We offer a clean and tidy space with fresh linens and towels. A washing machine you can use after your relaxing soak at the nearby geothermal spa.
Please note that although this home has been renovated, its main structure was built in 1960. Please expect creaks, footsteps and noises from the upstairs guests.
